1.Who we are

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the voice termination, routing, call center traffic delivery, and related communication services (“Services”) provided by ROUTIN LTD, trading as ROUTIN.CC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, requesting rates, sending traffic, or using the dashboard, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2.Service description

We provide international voice termination, routing, caller ID (CLI) presentation, and related call center delivery services. We do not guarantee call completion into any specific destination unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4.Rates, billing & increments

Rates are quoted per minute and may vary by destination. Service is strictly prepaid, and a positive balance must be maintained. Updated rates will appear in your ROUTIN dashboard.

5.Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You must NOT use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes. ROUTIN reserves the right to suspend or block suspicious traffic.

6.Caller ID / CLI

You agree to present only authorised caller IDs. ROUTIN may alter or block CLIs that violate carrier or regulatory requirements.

7.Fair usage / network protection

We may throttle, reroute, suspend, or terminate traffic that causes congestion, triggers complaints, or violates these Terms.

8.No warranty / SLA disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty unless a separate SLA is signed by both parties.

9.Limitation of liability

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for Services in the thirty (30) days immediately before the claim arose.

10.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ROUTIN LTD harmless from any losses or claims arising from your use of the Services.

11.Suspension / termination

ROUTIN may suspend or terminate your account for breach, fraud, or failure to maintain a sufficient balance.

12.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on routin.cc.

13.Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
